Experience Requirement
Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience. Only candidates who have served as Junior Commissioned Officers (JCO) in the Army, Navy, or Air Force at the time of their release are eligible.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at BEL’s Regional Product Support Centers (RPSCs) in Jodhpur, Bhatinda, and Pathankot.
Tenure and Salary Structure
The position is offered on a fixed tenure basis for five years, with the possibility of extension for another five years based on performance and organizational needs.
- Grade: E-1
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – ₹1,20,000 plus applicable allowances
Selection Process
The selection process will involve:
- Written Test (85 Marks): All eligible candidates will be invited to take the test.
- Interview (15 Marks): Candidates shortlisted based on written test performance will be called for an interview at a 1:5 ratio.
Final selection results will be published on the BEL website, and selected candidates will receive a provisional appointment letter via email.
Important Notes
- Ex-servicemen candidates are exempt from the application fee.
- If the candidate’s university follows a CGPA/DGPA/OGPA grading system, a percentage conversion certificate must be provided.
