SIDBI Recruitment 2025: 76 Vacancies for Grade A and B Posts – Salary Up to ₹1.15 Lakh
SIDBI Recruitment 2025: The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has started the recruitment process for 76 managerial posts in Grade A and Grade B. These positions are available in both general and specialist streams.
The application process began on July 14, 2025, and will continue till August 11, 2025. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website – www.sidbi.in.

Selection Process
SIDBI will select candidates through three stages:
1. Phase I – Screening Test

Online test with 7 sections

Total marks: 200
2. Phase II – Advanced Exam

Two papers

Total marks: 200
3. Phase III – Interview

Personal interview of 100 marks

Extra points for achievements and recognitions
Shortlisted candidates will also appear for a Psychometric Test to check leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
The monthly salary will be between ₹44,500 and ₹1,15,000, based on the post and experience. Other allowances will be as per government rules.
