To apply for the RSMSSB Stenographer and PA positions online, you need a high school diploma from a recognized board. You also need a computer certificate or a degree in Computer Science/Application. Plus, you should know Hindi written in Devanagari script and be familiar with Rajasthan’s culture. Age Limit
