RRB Recruitment 2025: Application Deadline Extended, Apply Now!
The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially extended the deadline for the RRB Ministerial & Isolated Categories Recruitment 2025. Candidates now have until February 16, 2025, to submit their applications, giving aspirants extra time to apply. Initially, the last date to register was February 6, 2025. The revised schedule has been announced on the respective regional RRB websites, and interested applicants are advised to check their region-specific portals for official updates.
This recruitment drive aims to fill 1036 vacancies across various ministerial and isolated category posts. In addition to the extended application deadline, the last date for fee payment has also been revised to February 17, 2025. Furthermore, the modification window for applicants to make necessary corrections in their forms will be available from February 19 to February 28, 2025.
RRB Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages:
✅ Single Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT)
✅ Performance Test/Teaching Skill Test (for applicable posts)
✅ Translation Test (if required for the position)
✅ Document Verification & Medical Examination
The CBT exam will have 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 90 minutes. However, candidates with benchmark disabilities using a scribe will receive 120 minutes to complete the test. The exam will assess candidates on Professional Ability, General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Mathematics, and General Science.
A negative marking system will be implemented, where 1/3rd of a mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
