  4. Obtain feasibility approval from your Electricity Distribution Company (DISCOM).
  5. On obtaining feasibility clearance proceed with solar panel installation through registered vendors in your DISCOM.
  6. Upon installation, send in the plant details and apply for a net meter.
  7. The post installation and DISCOM inspection will lead to issuance of a commissioning certificate through the portal.
  8. Submit your bank account number and attach your cancelled cheque through the portal.
  9. You can expect the subsidies within a period of 30 days of submitting of the documents.
