UP Police Constable Recruitment Latest Updates

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) is set to release the admit cards for the Constable Recruitment Examination 2024 today, August 20. The admit card will be released today at 5 pm. Once the admit cards have been released online the candidates can download them from the official website, uppbpb.gov.in. The UP Police Constable admit cards will be made available in phases, with each being released three days before the respective exam day. Earlier, the board issued exam district intimation slips and provided candidates with exam day guidelines.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) released the UP Police Constable re exam date 2024 on its website uppbpb.gov.in. The UP Police Bharti 2024 re-exam is scheduled for August 23, 24, 25, 30, and 31 across the state. The exam will be conducted in two shifts and about 5 lakh candidates will appear in this examination in each shift. As per the notice released by the UP Police, the gap in the exam dates has been given due to the Janmashtami festival.

The initial recruitment exam for Uttar Pradesh Police Constable, held on February 17 and 18, 2024, was cancelled due to allegations of paper leaks. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has assured that a re-exam will be conducted within six months.
