AFCAT Recruitment Batch 2024 Exam: Selection Process
The Indian Air Force will send letters to candidates who pass the AFCAT 2 2024 exam, inviting them for the next step, called AFSB Testing. This testing has two parts:
- Stage 1: Here, candidates do tests like Officer Intelligence Rating and Picture Perception and Discussion. If they don’t pass this stage, they can’t move to the next one.
- Stage 2: This part is more detailed. Candidates face:
- Psychological Tests: Psychologists check their minds through written tests.

UPSC NDA II Exam 2024 : Eligibility
The NDA 2 Notification 2024 spells out who can apply very clearly. To be eligible, you have to be Indian, within a certain age range, and meet educational criteria. Only folks living in India can apply for the National Defence Academy (NDA).
Education Qualification
For the Army Wing of the National Defence Academy: Candidates need to have passed their 12th grade or equivalent exam from a State Education Board or University.
For the Air Force and Naval Wings of the National Defence Academy, and the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates should have finished their 12th grade or equivalent, with Physics and Mathematics, from a State Education Board or recognized University.
Please note: Candidates currently in their 12th grade under the 10+2 School Education system or equivalent exam are also eligible to take the UPSC NDA examination.
Age Limit
If you’re not married and were born between January 2nd, 2006, and January 1st, 2009, you can apply for the NDA 2 Exam 2024.

UPSC NDA II Exam 2024 : Selection Proces
UPSC NDA 2 is an exam by the Union Public Service Commission for those who want to join the defense forces. It has two main parts:
- Written test
- Intelligence & Personality assessment (SSB)
UPSC NDA II Exam 2024 : Application Fees
The fee to apply for NDA 2 2024 is Rs. 100 for general category candidates. But if you’re from the SC/ST category, a female applicant, or a child of JCOs/NCOs/ORs, you don’t have to pay. You can pay the fee in cash at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch or online using Visa, Mastercard, RuPay credit/debit cards, UPI payment, or internet banking.

UPSC NDA II Exam 2024 : Salary
Candidates can find out how much they’ll earn at the National Defence Academy (NDA) by checking the official NDA Notification 2024. Those who pass the NDA 2024 exam and get selected for Cadet Training will receive a fixed monthly stipend of Rs 56,100 at pay level 10. This means both male and female cadets will get this same amount every month during their training at the service academies, as mentioned in the NDA 1 Notification for 2024.
