The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has announced recruitment for 521 posts under the Sports Quota 2026. Eligible male and female sportspersons can apply online for the posts of Head Constable (General Duty) and Constable (General Duty). The online application process will begin on October 12, 2026, and the last date to submit applications is November 11, 2026.

CRPF Sports Quota Recruitment 2026: Vacancy Details

The 521 vacancies are divided into two posts:

  • Head Constable (GD): 182 posts

    • Male: 150

    • Female: 32

  • Constable (GD): 339 posts

    • Male: 258

    • Female: 81

The Head Constable post carries Pay Matrix Level 4 (₹25,500–₹81,100), while the Constable post is under Pay Matrix Level 3 (₹21,700–₹69,100)

Who Can Apply?

Candidates should generally be 18 to 23 years old as on August 1, 2026, subject to applicable age relaxations. For educational qualification, candidates applying for Head Constable (GD) should have passed Class 12, while Constable (GD) applicants should have passed Class 10 from a recognised board.

Applicants must also meet the prescribed sports achievement criteria. The relevant sporting achievements are required to fall within the specified period of September 30, 2024, to September 30, 2026.
