Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released the HAL Junior Executive Recruitment 2026 notification for 150 Junior Executive posts on a short-term basis. Minimum Marks

• UR/OBC-NCL/EWS: 60% aggregate marks

The maximum age for eligible UR and EWS candidates is 28 years as on October 17, 2026. Applicable age relaxation is available for eligible reserved categories as per HAL rules.

HAL Junior Executive Salary 2026

Selected candidates will be placed in the E0 pay scale of ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. The initial basic pay is ₹30,000 per month, along with applicable allowances and benefits.

The Junior Executive engagement is on a short-term basis for up to three years.

HAL Junior Executive Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the UR, OBC-NCL and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹500, including GST.

Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.
