State Bank of India (SBI) has recruited 1,930 Circle Based Officers (CBOs) as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen customer service and improve banking operations across its extensive branch network. The newly appointed officers will support the bank’s customer-focused approach across urban, semi-urban and rural locations.
